Terms and Conditions for Pet Cremation Services

  1. Services Provided: Our pet cremation services include respectful transportation and dignified cremation of pets. Our private cremation service includes the return of a pet's ashes to the pet's owner. Our basic cremation service includes the dignified scattering of ashes in designated areas. 
     

  2. Payment: Payment for our services is due prior to the delivery of your pet. A deposit of $100 is required to schedule a pickup.  We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or cash.
     

  3. Identification: All pets must be identified by a collar, tag, or family photo.
     

  4. Pick-up and Delivery: Our pet cremation services include pick-up and delivery of your pet. Pick-up and delivery times are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred pick-up and delivery times.
     

  5. Cremation Process: Our pet cremation services use a dignified, private cremation process. 
     

  6. Return of Ashes: The return of your pet's ashes will be in a dignified container suitable for display. Additional urns and memorial products are available for purchase.
     

  7. Limitation of Liability: Our pet cremation services are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of our services.
     

  8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
     

  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
     

By using our pet cremation services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

  5. Equipment maintenance: All equipment used in the cremation process will be regularly maintained and inspected to ensure the safe operation and protection of pet remains and personal information.
     

  6. Secure storage: Pet remains and personal information will be stored in secure, temperature-controlled facilities to prevent unauthorized access.
     

  7. Compliance with regulations: Hachikō Pet LLC will comply with all local, state, and federal privacy and data protection regulations to ensure the safety and security of our customers' information.
